The evaluations of plant and machinery and, more generally, of technical assets are carried out in numerous circumstances. Sometimes such evaluations are requested because of extraordinary transactions: transfer of ownership to another person, check of the balance sheet, comparison of different fiscal policies, evaluation of companies or its branches, reconstruction or breakdown of historical costs related to special tax classifications.
